Welcome!

What started out in 2003 as a distraction for a cluttered mind has become one of the most consistently positive creative outlets of my life. Whether I have put my own spin on an idea I’ve seen and admired or I have created something entirely new I hope you enjoy your journey through my visions in glass.

My dad wired a star with lights that hung outside my window at Christmastime. From the inside I saw the lighted lines obscured by my window frame and an idea was born. I drew the star on a blank piece of paper. I grabbed a lampshade and traced a circle. I erased lines and I added some. It was only when I stepped back that I realized I’d drawn a city skyline.

The kid who said she’d always live where she could see the lights of the city skyline at night had made her own. This will always remain my proudest moment as an artist. Even though this piece is 20 square feet of glass it will come with me everywhere I go; it’s part of me.
